Warranty

Magma Marblestone provides the original purchaser of the product, a warranty against manufacturing defects for all Magma Marblestone products, installed in approved residential applications, for the period of five (5) years from the original installation date.

Applications not covered by this warranty:

• Products installed in any/all outdoor application
• Flooring or shower pan applications
• Kitchens and/or other food preparation areas
• Bar/wet bar applications
• Work desks/work areas
• Garages/shops
• Any/all commercial applications
• Areas with extreme weather exposure
• Applications with significant variations of heat or cold
• Areas exposed to chemicals or harsh synthetics

All warranty coverage related decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Magma Marblestone. If it is determined by a Magma Marblestone Representative, that the product failed due to a manufacturer defect, at its sole discretion, Magma Marblestone will repair or replace the materials in question.

Magma Marblestone is manufactured with natural stone and other natural materials. Many characteristics inherent to natural stone will be present in this product, including but not limited to: variation in movement, contrast in veining size/symmetry, small pits, variation in color and other natural features that would not be considered product defects.

This warranty is only valid when Magma Marblestone materials have been permanently installed in the interior of a single family residence and has not been moved since the original install was completed.

Proof of purchase is required when submitting a warranty claim.  

Magma Marblestone is not responsible for any incidental cost associated with the repair, removal or replacement of Magma Marblestone products. The maximum value of a claim is the retail value of enough product to complete the warranty work. Under no circumstances will Magma Marblestone be liable for fabrication labor, installation labor or any other associated costs of removal and replacement.
